JBottoms ("we", "us") is a Nigeria-based fashion brand shipping worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the contents of any message you send. When you check out, your payment details are entered directly with our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed and device type to keep the site working well.
3. How we use it
We use your data to process and ship orders, respond to your messages, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, send you news about drops and restocks. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.
4. Payments
International payments are handled by Stripe and Nigerian payments by Paystack. These processors handle your card data under their own strict security standards and privacy policies. We receive only the confirmation and limited details needed to fulfil your order.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, plus optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the partners that help us run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers and IT providers, and only what they need to do their job. We may also disclose data where required by law.
